| 为时代存照 为人民造像——访中国摄影家协会第十届主席李舸 |

5月10日，中国摄影家协会第十次全国代表大会在北京闭幕，李舸当选为新一届中国摄影家协会主席。
“与上一届相比，我深感责任和压力更大。”李舸说，“这些年来，我收获了很多，在承担具体工作任务的过程中，我常常感到本领恐慌，责任越大，担子越重，就越需要不断学习。”

过去的五年，李舸主席与中国摄影家协会分党组团结合作，紧紧围绕党和国家工作大局，开展了一系列重大主题创作。在纪念改革开放40周年、新中国成立70周年、建党100周年、迎接庆祝党的二十大、脱贫攻坚、抗击疫情、北京冬奥会等时间节点和重大事件中，组织创作了一大批优秀作品，推出了一系列主题展览，在推动摄影记录时代、鼓舞人民、振奋精神上，发挥新优势，展现新作为。
随着技术的进步和门槛的降低，人人都可以拿出手机拍照，摄影已经越来越成为一门“全民艺术”，那么，摄影家应该怎么办？李舸认为，讨论摄影，不能仅仅停留在技术层面，关键是如何建构一种与现代化历史进程相吻合，并富有本民族文化特质的理想及价值观。
“文化自信”，是他念兹在兹的关键点，也是他认为摄影家所应该承担的历史使命。“我们今天拍摄的每一幅图片都是时代大数据的重要组成部分，都将汇集到国家影像文献档案之中。我们要引导广大摄影人以科学、系统的方法记录身边的发展变迁，主动参与到国家图像叙事体系中，通过优秀的摄影作品去激发人民的奋斗热情，坚定文化自信，增强文化自觉，实现文化自强。”李舸说。
中国摄影家协会是党和政府联系摄影界的桥梁和纽带，是广大摄影工作者的温馨之家，因此，“做人的工作”和“推动创作优秀作品”是协会的职能所在。李舸表示，在未来五年，摄协将继续发挥组织优势和专业优势，把握时代进程，增强历史主动，提升履职能力，团结引领广大摄影工作者听党话、跟党走，繁荣创作、服务人民，以更昂扬的精神状态、更扎实的工作作风，努力开创摄影事业和摄协工作新局面。
“牢牢把握以人民为中心这一主线和提高作品艺术质量这一生命线。”李舸加重了语调。
“我们将健全‘深入生活、扎根人民’的工作机制，把组织重点主题创作和引导创作深入生活结合起来，围绕乡村振兴、新时代文明实践中心建设等，开展长期性、基础性的蹲点采风生活体验，用脚步丈量生活、丈量土地，同时也丈量自己的内心，在与人民共情共鸣中激发灵感，创作出更多满足人民文化需求、增强人民精神力量的优秀作品。”李舸说。
